Introducing Learning & Living Leadership Lessons with Carrie Sigler

Roberts Wesleyan College (Adult and Graduate Education) is officially re-launching its leadership blog entitled, the Leading Edge Journal. The Leading Edge Journal is your source for applied, practical knowledge in the area of leadership across multiple industries and disciplines as practiced, studied, and taught by students and practitioner faculty at Roberts Wesleyan College (Rochester, NY).

To kick-off things off, I am inviting you to follow Carrie Sigler, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Horizon Group, as she begins her journey through the Strategic Leadership, M.S.L. program at Roberts Wesleyan College. 

About Carrie 

Carrie SiglerAfter making The Horizon Group a model of efficiency, Carrie has become a speaker at industry conferences and has participated in a number of “best practices” presentations. As Operations Manager, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and company procedures. She maintains the billing and financial records and handles all HR issues. Carrie organizes many of the client events hosted by The Horizon Group and is the point of contact for anyone with long term care insurance questions. She is also licensed as a Notary Public with the State of New York. Carrie has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Keuka College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, camping, and volunteering at her church and the boys' school.
